• Broccoli – 9 oz – cut in bite size and boil in 2 ½ lb of water with ½ oz vegetable seasoning powder for 2 minutes and drain
  • Oil– 3/8 oz
  • Ginger– 1/8 oz
  • Garlic– 1/8 oz
  • Beef– 10 oz – marinade with 1/8 oz corn starch, ½ oz soy sauce, ½ oz Oyster Sauce or No MSG Oyster Sauce, 1/8 oz sesame oil, and 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
  • Cooking Wine– 1/8 oz
  • Sauce– mix 3 oz water, 5/8 oz Oyster Sauce or No MSG Oyster Sauce, 1/8 oz corn starch, 1/8 oz soy sauce

Heat oil in wok or pan, add and sauté ginger and garlic.  Then stir in beef.  Sizzling with cooking wine and cook for 1 minute.  Put broccoli in and mix well.  Add sauce and cook until sauce gets thickening.
