Beef Shank, Chicken Wing, Or, Eggs In Spiced Soy Sauce

RECIPES

  • For Beef Shank – Cut, blanch, rinse and drain 1 lb beef shank. Bring 10 oz of Spiced Soy Sauce to boil, add meat.  Lower heat and simmer for 1 ½ hour.  If desire, add more Sauce. Dish and serve.

  • For Chicken Wing – 1 lb of chicken wing and cook as above.  If desire, honey can be coated as glaze.

  • For Eggs – Hard boil 12 eggs for 10 minutes, crack shells.  Bring Spiced Soy Sauce to boil and add eggs.  Remove from heat and let stand for at least ½ hour to overnight.   Eggs can be served hot or cold.  If prefer hot, reheat eggs in Spiced Soy Sauce and serve.
