Heat skillet over medium heat until hot and add oil.  Stir fry green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add meat.  Cook until done.  Spread each tortilla with Hoisin Sauce.  Place equal amount of meat, vegetable and egg in the center of each tortilla.  Fold the bottom edge over filling.  Then fold the 2 sides to center. Serve.

RECIPES

  • Oil – 2 Tb
  • Green Onion – 2
  • Ginger – 1 TB ��� grated
  • Lean Pork or Beef – 1 lb – cut in shreds, marinate with 1 oz Oyster Sauce or No MSG Oyster Sauce
  • Egg – 2 – scrambled and cut into thin strips
  • Flour tortilla – 8 – warmed
  • Hoisin Sauce – 1 cup
  • Lettuce or cabbage – 4 cups – thinly shredded
